1. This Site and Platform collects and processes personal data for the purposes of their operation, as well as for the implementation of the Services provided through them. The subjects of the data are the Visitors of the Site, the Users of the Platform and the Third parties, users of Real Estate.

3. The data subjects consent to the processing and storage of their personal data in connection with the access to the Site, the use of the Platform, its functionalities and the Services provided through the Platform.

5. Data subjects shall be given the opportunity to exercise their rights under Chapter III of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, namely: access to, rectification or deletion of personal data or restriction the processing of personal data relating to the data subject or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability, by submitting a written application containing sufficient data identifying the applicant and a clearly stated request, both on paper at the address of the Administrator, as well as through a written statement signed with a qualified electronic signature and sent to the following e-mail address for contact with the Data Protection Officer.

7. If there is a legal basis for this, the Administrator may provide access to the data and / or otherwise provide the information about the Data Subjects to the competent state authorities.
8. The controller shall take technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized processing and access to them, including by restricting and / or prohibiting employees from accessing resources containing personal data, engaging employees in a confidentiality clause, seeking disciplinary action. . In case of unauthorized processing and access to personal data, the Administrator undertakes to promptly notify the affected persons, as well as to provide the necessary assistance in case of misuse of data.
9. Upon termination of the User's registration, in case he has not used the functionalities of the Platform, which led to a relationship with the Administrator and the Platform maintained by him (eg purchased Nomadic Rights, made a reservation, made an overnight stay, etc.), the Administrator deletes all personal data of the User immediately. With respect to the personal data of Third Parties, users of Real Estate, the personal data are stored for a period of 5 years, starting from the year following the use of the respective Service. In all other cases, the personal data shall be stored for a period of 5 years, starting from the year following the termination of the relationship with the Administrator. In the event of disputes between the parties, the Administrator may store personal data until their final resolution, whether they will be resolved by agreement between the parties or by the competent court.
10. The activity related to the processing of personal data is subject to control by the Commission for Personal Data Protection. 11. The definitions in this document have the meaning of those used in the General Terms and Conditions of the Site and the Platform.
